Budgeting and payment
Prospective clients are provided with a quotation prior to work commencing. This quote is an estimate based on the brief provided and the time we anticipate the project to take.

If work is requested, we would have an agreement with our clients relating to that work and how it is carried out and this agreement with our client would incorporate and supersede the terms and conditions herein.

Project rights
The copyright and other intellectual property rights in connection with our clients project work, belongs to us. Once a project is complete and

on payment of the final invoice(s) raised, rights will pass to the client e.g. the client will have a non-exclusive license to use our design(s), for the purpose originally briefed unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.

If you do not comply with the obligations in these terms and conditions, you accept that you will compensate us for any claims, damages, legal action or expenses we face as a result.

Items or material provided to us for a project are given at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible if these are subsequently lost or damaged.

Disclaimer
This website is offered without warranties or representations of any kind and nothing on this website shall be considered to be a warranty or representation by us.

All information and images contained on this website are, so far as we are aware, true and accurate and are provided free of charge but for informational purposes only regarding the services provided by us.
